HOW TO ORDER:

Choose Your Size: Select the size for your transfers.

Artwork Preparation:
- If your artwork is ready for printing, please ensure:
  - File Format: PNG
  - Background: Transparent
  - Quality: High quality (300 DPI)
- If your image requires adjustments (e.g., has a white or colored background, is pixelated, a screenshot, or blurry), please select the Designer Assistance Needed option. Make sure to note in the comments what needs to be done to your image ex: Remove background and change the black text to white text.

Upload Your Image: Once you’ve selected your options, upload your image.

Select Quantity: Choose the quantity of transfers you need. If you need more than one transfer of the same artwork, you can adjust the quantity directly in your shopping cart.

Designer Fee: Please note that there is a designer fee only once for each file. Once your image is ready for printing, a copy of the finished file will be emailed to you for future use. You can skip the designer assistance section if you ever need to reorder the same image.

HOW SIZING WORKS:
The size option refers to the longest side of your artwork (width or height). For example:

If your design is wide and horizontal, the selected size will match the width.
If your design is tall and vertical, the selected size will match the height.
This way, your design keeps the correct proportions without being stretched or distorted.

Example: If you order 10 inches and your design is taller than it is wide, it will be sized to 10 inches in height.
If you’d like exact measurements before printing, you can let me know the preferred width and height, and I’ll size it accordingly.

Pressing Instructions for Instant Peel Transfers:

Temperature: Set your heat press to 300°F (149°C).

Pressing Time: Place the transfer on the desired surface and press for 10 seconds.

Peeling: After pressing, follow the peeling instructions to remove the transfer.

How to Peel Instant Peel Transfers:

Quick Peel Method: If you're confident, peel the transfer quickly and evenly from one corner to the other. This helps prevent the design from sticking.

Slow Peel Method: If you're unsure or prefer caution, allow the transfer to cool for a moment. Then, peel slowly and gently to ensure a clean removal.

Press for Longevity: For a longer-lasting transfer, press the design again for an additional 3-5 seconds after peeling.

Cover the Design: Always cover the design with Teflon or parchment paper when pressing to protect it and ensure the best results.

Comfort is Key: Choose the peeling method that makes you feel most comfortable. Take your time if needed to achieve the best outcome!

In Photoshop:

File → New → 22 inches wide x ( insert height wanted )

Resolution 300 Pixels / Inch * Very important so your artwork stays in high quality

RGB Color

Background: Transparent and Click create!

Start importing your vector art into that sheet and scale artwork to the size you need.

Save as PNG when finished and sent to our email : support@dtfeagle.com

Make sure to leave 0.25 inch margin all around sheet

Step 1: Set Up Your Canvas

Open Canva and click "Create a Design".
Select Custom Size and input the dimensions of your sheet. For example:
- 22x12 inches
- 22x60 inches
- 22x84 inches
Set the measurement unit to inches

Step 2: Upload Your Designs

Click "Uploads" in the left menu.
Upload all the designs you want to include in your gang sheet.

Step 3: Arrange Your Designs

Drag and drop your uploaded designs onto the canvas.
Resize each design to its desired print size by dragging the corners.
Arrange the designs to fit efficiently:
- Place them as close as possible to reduce wasted space.
- Rotate designs to fit odd spaces if needed.

Step 4: Download with Transparent Background

Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
Select Download from the dropdown menu.
In the File type dropdown, choose PNG.
Check the box for Transparent Background.
- If this option is grayed out, verify that you're using a Pro account.
Click the Download button.

IMPORTANT TIPS

If you are making a large sheet, example: 22 x 300 inches of all the SAME images, you DO NOT need to send us a file that is 300 inches long!

Instead you can make a smaller sheet such as a 22 x 50 inches and then let us know you need 6 copies of that.

This will save you time and work and will result in a file that is not too heavy to send and load.

Separate your artwork!

For best printing results, separate your larger images from your smaller left chest or images with small details.

Smaller artwork such as those for the left chest with small letters/details or even large back images but with very small details are best to be ganged together.

If you are purchasing for example a sheet of 22 inches x 48 inches, you can send in 2 parts –

1 sheet with your larger images and 1 sheet with your small detailed images making sure the total length equals 48 inches (or the total amount bought)

These items above will not print as intended and will not adhere properly to your garments as they cannot get a good white underbase needed.

Wording less than 0.35 inches is not recommended

Any fine, tiny details will not adhere to the transfer. Be sure to add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-press the garment (3–5 sec @ 280–300°F / 135–150°C):

Removes moisture and wrinkles.
Prevents bubbling and poor adhesion.

Set heat press to @ 280–300°F - degrees Fahrenheit

Press for 8-10 seconds with medium/high pressure pressure (approx. 30-40 PSI)

Hot peel film can be peeled off right away, but you must peel quickly and with confidence. If you prefer to peel slowly, let the transfer cool down before peeling.

Peel from the corner downward. Choose the corner with the most ink for the best grip.

Cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 3-5 more seconds to seal in your design

How long is your turnaround time to send my order out?

How long will it take for shipping?

We ship primarily via UPS ground. Shipping transit time will depend on your location and can usually take from 1-3 days. Including weekends. At checkout time, we offer various upgrades including express and overnight options.

Do you check my artwork?

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct artwork. We do not check your artwork.

Can you make my gang sheet?

If you need assistance, please contact us and we are happy to help guide you. We can also create it for you for a fee.

My colors don’t look the same as my screen.

Every computer monitor has a different display of color due to settings so on different computer monitors, the same image will vary slightly. We cannot guarantee the color you see on your screen is the exact same that will be printed. Please use pantone coloring for best results versus just finding a color on the color bar as that is not ideal for printing.
